We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to source clients with home-buying requirements and onboard real estate channel partners. You will be responsible for conducting meetings with interested partners, motivating them to actively engage in lead generation, and coordinating site visits with prospective buyers to enable deal closure. This role requires a highly motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and a 'go-getter' attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client Sourcing : Source clients who have home-buying requirements.
- Channel Partner Management : Reach out to real estate channel partners in your assigned locality to onboard them through calls or physical meetings. Increase the company's reach and awareness about the project within the channel partner community.
- Lead Generation : Conduct meetings with interested channel partners to persuade and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation. Identify high-performing partners and make efforts to drive them to generate leads.
- Coordination & Closure : Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Query Resolution : Address any queries or doubts from channel partners and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
