You’ll be helping over 4,000 customers every day through live chat and email — answering questions, fixing problems, and making sure users get the most out of our product. Write and update 25+ support articles (FAQs, How-Tos)Make them clear and useful — so customers don’t have to ask twiceImprove our chatbot by training it with better answers3. Share Customer Feedback
