Job Title : Chat Support Executive

Location : Ahmedabad, Prahlad Nagar

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to provide prompt and professional customer support through live chat. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer queries through live chat, email, and other digital platforms.

Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Record and update customer interactions in the system.

Resolve issues independently or escalate them to the concerned department.

Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain professionalism while handling multiple chats simultaneously.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Strong written communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule & Benefits :

Working Days : 365 days (no fixed weekly off).

Work From Home : 2nd and 4th Saturday & every Sunday.

Shift Timing : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM.

Off-Day Allowance : Extra pay for working on off-days.

Salary : ₹14,000 per month.
