Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru, for a Level 1 Application Support Specialist – Life Sciences & Publishing Platforms. Responsibilities include providing application support, technical support, troubleshooting, and performing analytical tasks. Effective communication with team members and clients, as well as a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards, are crucial.

• Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some tasks performed from home
• Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the life sciences or publishing industry is a plus
