What We Are Looking For

We are hiring a  Founder’s Office Executive  to work directly with our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-impact role designed for fresh graduates who want to learn the inside workings of a scaling technology company while directly contributing to its growth. In this role, you will :

• Act as the CEO’s “second brain” by ensuring strategic priorities are executed with speed and efficiency.
• Attend key leadership meetings, capture insights, and drive seamless follow-ups.
• Play a critical role in aligning teams across geographies, as the CEO splits time between the US (GTM) and UK (Engineering) offices.
• Take ownership of smaller meetings and operational dependencies on behalf of the CEO, leading them independently and ensuring closure.
• Work on founder-led special projects, business performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage critical communications and stakeholder interactions across levels.
• Support the CEO with travel planning, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.
