Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Customer Relationship Manager. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs and support meeting company goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and within deadlines
• Experience with CRM software and tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
