About the RoleThis is a broad generalist role that cuts across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, and marketing.You'll work directly with the founders, jumping between projects that need immediate attention — from managing workflows and improving systems to helping launch new initiatives or teams.Think of it as a mix of Chief of Staff, Business Analyst, and Project Manager — but more hands-on.What You'll Do- Support the founders across sales, marketing, hiring, and strategy projects- Manage internal tools like CRMs, dashboards, Notion, and Google Sheets- Improve internal operations and create clear SOPs for repeatable processes- Coordinate hiring for key roles across portfolio companies- Research new business opportunities and build pitch decks or reports- Track KPIs, automate reporting, and keep projects moving across teams- Solve whatever business problem comes up that day — no two weeks are alikeWhat We're Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or startups- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts- Excellent communication and documentation skills- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, or workflow automation tools- Most importantly : you like figuring things out, not just following a process
