What would your core job responsibility be?

▶ Supporting the Founder in strategic projects, including research, analysis, and presentation development.

▶ Coordinating and managing various internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.

▶ Assisting in the planning and execution of key initiatives and company-wide projects.

▶ Tracking progress on critical tasks and ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

▶ Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

▶ Organising and maintaining important documents, records, and information.

▶ Assisting with all tasks and errands for the Founder as needed.

▶ Being available and responsive during flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the Founder's needs.

▶ Taking on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

▶ Learning and doing everything and anything ethical & legal to get the job done.

Location - Bandra W, Mumbai. ONSITE !

Salary : Rs 20K to 30K per month (will depend on skills and the interview. Please do not apply if this range doesn't work for you. We are not willing to move outside this range. We will review performance every 6 months since this role demands quick learning.
