Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the
East Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, customer
acquisition, and driving business growth through performance marketing, ATL, and BTL strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and sales, excellent communication
skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets in the East Region
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through various marketing channels
- Design and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions
- Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and maximum impact
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal
teams
Requirements :
