Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and solution-oriented professionals who can understand both complex and simple business challenges, and translate them into actionable strategies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founders and business team, contributing to marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end Sales & M arketing funnels, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Analyze client business challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Work closely with founders on business strategy, execution, and growth projects.
• Build a solid understanding of the design industry and connect its impact to business outcomes.
• Act as a generalist, able to adapt and contribute across functions including sales, client engagement, and strategy.
• Support in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
