Associate - AIF Strategy & Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Support in structuring fund terms and fund-related documents by liaising with the relevant team

2. Maintain knowledge base and operations processes related to AIF

3. Coordinate the preparation of all investor-facing materials

4. Manage GTM tracking, investor pipeline CRM, and customised sales material

5. Liaise with legal, external vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution

6. Skilled in crafting customised proposals, managing stakeholder communication, and building financial models in Excel

7. Comfortable working in a startup-paced, high-accountability environment

8. Knowledge of AIF structures or fund operations is a strong plus
