Lingerie Experts - Delhi NCR and Haryana

We are seeking a dedicated Lingerie Expert to join our team at multiple locations across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon and Haryana. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience bringing a passion for superior customer service and trend awareness in the lingerie and women's innerwear segment.

Job Role -

• Assist customers in the selection and fitting of lingerie, ensuring a high level of personalized service.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range, including new arrivals, to provide expert advice to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience aligned with company standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performances to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the store.
• Collaborate with the store team to maintain an appealing shop floor, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into daily customer interactions.
