• Act as a point of contact for customer queries and follow-ups.

• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.
• Provide insights for developing new products or improving current offerings.
• Brand Representation :
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and online platforms.
• Promote the brand and values in client interaction
