Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Coordinator. The Franchise Coordinator will manage day-to-day franchise operations, including supporting franchisees, overseeing franchise agreements, and coordinating between teams to ensure alignment with franchise goals. The role will also involve analyzing franchise performance, assisting with franchise sales processes, and serving as a primary point of communication for franchise-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Franchise Sales and a strong understanding of Franchising concepts
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate franchise performance and business metrics
• Knowledge of Franchise Agreements and operational procedures
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with franchisees and internal teams
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in franchising or a similar role is a plus
