About Role - The Client Coordinator will play a key role in managing end-to-end client communication and ensuring effective coordination between clients and Mancer’s internal recruitment teams. This is an internal role based out of Mancer’s New Delhi office , focused on supporting recruitment operations, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of mandates. Understanding of recruitment processes, especially tech hiring , will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams.
- Understand client hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth execution of mandates and timely delivery of profiles.
- Maintain updated client data, mandate trackers, and progress reports.
- Schedule and manage client calls, requirement briefings, and feedback meetings.
- Ensure all client deliverables (profiles, reports, updates) meet quality standards.
- Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to client concerns.
- Prepare weekly / monthly MIS, performance reports, and pipeline updates for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for additional hiring support or expansion of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field; specialization in HR is a plus.3-5 years of experience in client coordination , client servicing, or recruitment operations.Understanding of tech hiring , common IT roles (Java, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data, etc.), and recruitment terminology.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
