Key Responsibilities :
- Support US-based recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple regions and time zones.
- Manage high-volume recruitment tasks while prioritizing effectively.
- Assist with recruiting-related projects and hiring initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation, communications, and candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize HR and ATS tools such as Workday, iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms.
Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination (US shift experience preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience supporting global recruiting or HR operations teams.Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.High attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy.Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling fast-paced tasks independently.Willing to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.Skills Required
