Technical Recruiter

Objective :

Lead end-to-end recruitment of skilled and semi-skilled workers from India for a new wind turbine manufacturing plant in South East Asia (nacelle, hub, blade and related assembly operations).

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assembly, fabrication, machining, composites, electrical and mechanical roles.
• Build and manage a recruitment pipeline of many number of workers (technicians, operators, supervisors, QA, stores, etc.).
• Work closely with the overseas recruitment consultant team and employers to understand skill requirements, manpower plan, and joining timelines .
• Collaborate with manpower agencies, ITIs, polytechnics, and trade test centers across India.
• Organize trade tests, client interviews, and medicals as per destination-country regulations.
• Coordinate documentation, visa processing, and mobilization with travel / immigration partners.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and weekly status reports .
