Description
We are seeking a motivated Sr. Associate IS Voice Engineer to join our team in India. This role involves designing and maintaining voice communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability and efficiency.
