What You Will Own

• Lead the technical vision and execution to build and scale state-of-the-art voice AI systems that rival global leaders.
• Architect advanced AI / ML models focused on voice, enabling human-like conversations that automate sales, bookings, lead qualification, and more.
• Drive product innovation that allows businesses to build powerful voice agents in minutes and deliver industry-leading customization for complex use cases.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team, fostering an ownership culture driven by impact and innovation.
• Partner with the team to shape company strategy, product roadmap, and customer success.
• Ensure robust, scalable infrastructure to support growth and real-time AI processing at scale.
