- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

- Adhere to communication protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the designated system.
About You :
Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 year of experience in an international voice process is required.You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English , with a clear accent and strong articulation.You are customer-centric, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with diverse customers.You are a quick learner, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
