Senior Technical Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for the development of UI applications and components
• Build reusable components as desirable during implementation.
• Implement modules as per the standards and guidelines.
• Ensure effective unit test cases are written as part of the development.
• Work effectively and independently as well as in team within the provided timeline
• Proactively fix defects as and when found and strive to keep the stability of the application intact.
• Laisse with architects for design and implementation
• Partner with team and during planning and implementation phase to ensure the timely delivery of the committed stories.
• Actively participate in requirement discussion during grooming and planning
• Mentor new members and junior developers showing positivity and clear direction.
• Demonstrate ownership and show accountability for the respective application / domain.
• Willing to be part of a squad which owns end to end responsibilities including production support.
