Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Employee Data Management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely maintenance of employee records.
- Own the end-to-end EDM lifecycle, including employee onboarding, transfers, terminations, data updates, and reporting.
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and governance standards for employee data across HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR data into downstream systems.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic HR decisions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Support audits and compliance activities, ensuring data privacy and adherence to local and global regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and lead system optimization initiatives.
