RESPONSIBILITIES
- Routine Operations : Conducting routine maintenance and repairs, monitoring system performance, trouble shooting problems and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Infrastructure management : Overseeing servers, networks, storage, and cloud services to ensure they are running efficiently and securely.
- Diagnostics and Validation : Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime, including managing help desks and service desks. Analyzing data to identify areas of improvements for customer engagement.
- System maintenance : Applying patches, performing updates, and ensuring all systems are protected against threats.
- Security and compliance : Implementing security measures, managing firewall configurations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Strategic planning Support : Developing IT strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring that technology aligns with business goals.
- Disaster recovery : Creating and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
REQUIREMENTS Relevant Management certification may be required.
Prior Similarity in Experience.Strong Skills (Technical, Diagnostic & Troubleshooting)Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.TECH STACK EXPERIENCE :
1. Familiarity with server-side programming languages including Java / Python
2. Database and cache : Working knowledge of SQL / No-SQL and database technologies (Cassandra, SQL Server & Druid)
3. Server : Experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a solid background in Linux
4. Testing : Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) and writing robust Unit Test cases
5. CI / CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins & Azure DevOps is nice to have.
6. Experience with AWS or other cloud environments
