Job descriptionDesign and maintain a comprehensive credit risk framework to mitigate risks across diverse portfolios. Oversee the assessment, structuring, and approval of credit proposals to maintain asset quality. Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring early identification of potential risks and corrective actions. Establish streamlined credit evaluation and underwriting processes to enhance efficiency without compromising on due diligence. Implement and oversee robust credit scoring models and risk assessment tools. Collaborate with the collections team to ensure effective recovery strategies. Build and lead a high-performing credit team, providing mentorship and skill development. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity within the credit function. Ensure continuous training for the team on emerging trends in credit risk management and financial technologies. Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to develop risk-adjusted products for SMEs, supply chain financing, and leasing customers. Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders on credit-related matters. Professional qualifications such as CA / CMA / MBA& PGDM from Premium College or equivalent are highly desirable. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in SME / WC / MTL, Supply Chain Finance, and leasing domains.

This role is responsible for evaluating, approving, and monitoring credit exposures to align with the company's risk appetite and growth objectives.
