Chief Manager - Credit | Pre-Approved Base Management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive pre-approved offer strategies across lending portfolios.
• Analyze customer base using internal and bureau data to identify high-potential segments.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Analytics teams to define credit policy, eligibility, and offer criteria.
• Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution in coordination with Marketing and Digital teams .
• Monitor campaign performance including approval rates, activation, profitability, and delinquencies .
• Partner with Tech and Digital teams to automate journey for offer visibility and seamless fulfillment.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal communication policies .
• Continuously refine targeting logic and engagement tactics using data-driven insights.
