Mosaic Wellness - Director - Supply & Procurement

Description : Role Summary :

The Director Supply & Procurement is responsible for ensuring best-in-class fill rates, cost-efficient procurement, and seamless coordination across 3P manufacturing partners.

The role owns the end-to-end supply value chain from raw material and packaging sourcing to production planning, dispatch readiness, and inventory health ensuring that all NPD and BAU products meet service levels, cost targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Planning & Fulfillment :

• Own SKU-wise fill rates and ensure >99 PERCENT availability across e-commerce and modern trade channels.
• Lead monthly S&OP with Demand, NPD, and Finance teams to align production and supply plans with business targets.
• Develop and track inventory health dashboards FG, RM, PM, and WIP to minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
• Set up production planning templates and ensure adherence to weekly / monthly production schedules at all 3P sites.

Key Metrics / KPIs :

Profile B.Tech / BE in Engineering or Food Tech; MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.

Experience : 10-15 years in supply chain / procurement / contract manufacturing in FMCG, Food, or Strong in S&OP, procurement analytics, and vendor management.
