The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting for the Middle East or Gulf regions and a solid understanding of technical IT roles.Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment : Source, screen, and place candidates for technical positions.- Client & Candidate Interaction : Work closely with hiring managers and guide candidates through the hiring process.- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on IT recruitment trends, especially in the Middle East / Gulf region.- Database Management : Maintain an active candidate pool for current and future openings.Requirements- Experience : 6 months to 2 years in IT recruitment.- Regional Experience : Prior exposure to Middle East or Gulf recruitment.- Technical Understanding : Familiarity with technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.).- Skills : Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
