• Function : Talent Acquisition – US MarketAbout the roleWe’re scaling our Core Tech desk across Data (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt), Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Integration / Automation (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray), and Enterprise Apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow). As Lead Recruiter – Core Tech, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster, with quality.What you’ll do- Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.- Convert vague JDs into clear, winnable reqs via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.- Build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.- Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation / rates and close.- Manage MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.- Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.- Mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.What you’ve done- 5–8+ years in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.- Solid grasp of US tax / visa frameworks; fluent with VMS / MSP environments.- Expert Boolean / X-ray and outbound; strong storytelling in outreach.- Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.Why DynPro- Enterprise client base, high-impact desks, incentives for performance, and clear growth paths.
