Role Summary
We're hiring a Content Producer who lives and breathes short-form video. You'll spend most of your time planning and shooting scroll-stopping Reels , BTS, product teasers, and vlog-style content that turns followers into customers. You'll collaborate with our editor and creative team to bring concepts to life across Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
- Ship consistent, on-brand video content (aim : 6–12 Reels / Shorts per week )
- Raise average watch time & completion rate , grow saves / shares , and lift drop-day conversions
- Build a repeatable content calendar that supports monthly product drops
- Help push our community from 125k → toward 1M followers with quality and pace
Responsibilities
Own the calendar : Plan a monthly content schedule—teasers, drop countdowns, BTS, creator-led stories, and YouTube vlogs / Shorts.Produce & shoot : Light, frame, and shoot models / products; direct talent; and jump on camera when needed.Pre-prod coordination : Lock locations, book models / creators, prep outfits, manage props / gear, and keep shoots on schedule.Hand-off & reviews : Share organised rushes with the editor (shot lists, reference cuts, notes), review drafts, and iterate quickly.Trend spotting : Track formats, audio, and editing styles; adapt them to THRD's streetwear vibe before they peak.Publishing & basics : Write punchy captions, pick thumbnails / covers, tag products, and post at optimal times.Performance loop : Monitor Insights (retention, CTR, saves, shares, comments), report learnings, and pitch experiments weekly.Collab & culture : Partner with Design, Marketing, and E-com; capture behind-the-scenes moments that show the brand's culture.Ops ready : Maintain gear, manage file naming / backup, and keep a tidy asset library.Flex when it counts : Support weekend / evening shoots around drop timelines.Qualifications
1–3 years hands-on content creation / videography (fashion / lifestyle is a plus). Strong portfolios count— self-taught welcome .Confident with mirrorless cameras , lenses, on-camera mics, and basic lighting; can shoot crisp handheld or on a gimbal.Comfortable directing talent and also being on camera for creator-style content.Working knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (you'll do quick cuts when needed; we also have an editor).Understanding of Instagram & YouTube Shorts best practices : hooks, pacing, captions, covers, and metadata.Data-curious : reads Instagram Insights and turns numbers into next-week actions.Owner mindset : organised, proactive, and calm under launch pressure.Clear communicator; collaborative, low-ego, and respectful.Availability for occasional weekends / evenings tied to drops.Nice to Have :
After Effects or motion graphics basicsColor grading (DaVinci / Premiere) and Lightroom for product stillsExperience with creator / UGC collaborations or street interviewsKnowledge of Indian streetwear scene and cultureTools You&aposll Touch :

How this role fits :
You'll report to the Creative Lead / Founder and work closely with Design (for product stories) and Performance Marketing (for repurposing winning edits into ads). As we scale, this role can grow into Creative Lead .
