We're on a mission to expand our digital presence, and we're looking for a versatile, creative, and strategic Content Creator to lead the charge across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts & long-form) , and other digital platforms.

• ???? What You'll Be Doing Content Creation
• Plan, source content, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) AND long-form YouTube content (up to 10 minutes) that highlight product benefits, wellness education, lifestyle integration, and customer success stories.
• Produce engaging static content (carousels, stories, infographics) and branded visual assets for Instagram and Facebook.
• Write strong, persuasive captions and calls to action that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and maintain a data-driven content calendar across all key platforms—aligned with campaigns, seasonal trends, and audience insights.
• Stay ahead of trends in health, wellness, and social content to ensure fresh and relevant ideas.
• Conduct competitor and influencer research to inspire content concepts and positioning.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and DMs to build a supportive, trust-driven community around health and wellbeing.
• Manage influencer relationships and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
• Run engagement campaigns including contests, giveaways, polls, and live Q&As.

YouTube (Long-Form Video)

• Conceptualize, script, and produce YouTube videos up to 10 minutes —focusing on educational health content, supplement science, customer testimonials, and lifestyle integration.
• Work closely with leadership to align YouTube content with broader brand goals.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips for TikTok and Reels.

Performance & Insights

• Track and analyze performance using Instagram / TikTok Insights, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
• Prepare weekly reports on key metrics : engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, and conversions.
• Use insights to refine future content and campaign strategies.
• ???? What You Bring to the Table
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media and video content creation—ideally in health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle.
• A proven portfolio of high-performing TikToks, Reels, and YouTube videos .
• Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design fluency (Canva, Photoshop).
• Copywriting strength : you&aposre persuasive, clear, and know how to hook attention.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or paid social ads is a bonus.
• Understanding of compliance guidelines around health and supplement marketing is advantageous.
