We are seeking a creative and driven Video Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communications team and bring social media stories to life. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills who can conceptualize, produce, and deliver engaging video content tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a creative environment, understands platform-specific trends, and can craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short-form video concepts and storyboards to align with organic and paid campaign goals.
• Own the end-to-end video creation process, including conceptualisation, planning, and production of video content, considering the intended audience, brand objectives, and platform requirements.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, colour grading, and publishing.
• Take on full editing projects independently, working on a variety of content formats following platform-specific best practices (pacing, hooks, etc.).
• Expertise with creating motion graphics, transitions, special effects, and multi-camera editing techniques to deliver cohesive and visually engaging video content pieces.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, incorporating them into video content creation to maximize reach and engagement.
• Ensure all video content created aligns with our client's brand tone, goals, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to brainstorm and pitch fresh video content ideas.
