About the Role :
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and empathetic HR professional to join our Human Resources team, focusing on Employee Relationship. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring timely resolution of grievances, and promoting healthy employee engagement across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially
- Handle core employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through consistent engagement
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure alignment and trust
- Maintain proper documentation of all ERM cases and follow-ups
- Support HR initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention
Must-Have Requirements :
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Employee Relations, grievance handlingProven expertise in grievance handling and core employee relationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA positive, solution-oriented attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with discretionWhat We Offer :
