To oversee daily operations in the marble division, ensuring smooth workforce management, proper uniform maintenance, discipline, and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong supervisory, reporting, and coordination skills to support productivity and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities of employees in the marble division.
- Monitor workforce attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure employees follow uniform and safety standards consistently.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to staff and monitor task completion.
- Maintain detailed reports related to workforce performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Address workforce concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and employee welfare needs.
- Support management in planning manpower allocation and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Management / Human Resources or related field (preferred).2–5 years of supervisory or HR coordination experience (manufacturing or stone / marble industry preferred).Strong leadership and people management skills.Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance requirements.Good reporting and documentation abilities (MS Office, HR software).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type : Full-time
