Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing coordination across multiple hospitality brands, supporting both ongoing brand initiatives and new restaurant launches. This role demands a go-getter with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities : -

Social Media & Online Presence :

Coordinate with the social media agencies to ensure timely and brand-aligned content execution. Monitor brand presence and performance on social media platforms.

Food Delivery Platform Coordination :

Liaise with Swiggy, Zomato, and other aggregators for menu updates, promotions, campaigns, and visibility enhancements. Track and report platform performance metrics.

Stakeholder Coordination :

Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Restaurant Managers, and the Marketing Department, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Serve as a central point of contact for all marketing-related requirements at the store and brand level for the scope of work assigned.

Launch Marketing Support :

Work closely with the GM – Marketing on the planning and execution of new outlet launches. Manage launch event coordination, local promotions, and PR activities.

Reporting & Presentations :

Maintain detailed reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI. Prepare and present performance decks for management review.

Multibrand Marketing Portfolio :

Coordinate and execute marketing plans for multiple brands under the portfolio. Manage events, activations, and local marketing initiatives from execution and coordination standpoint.
