Job description

As Manager - Partnerships and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in expanding OneStack's network of partner banks, fintechs, and strategic collaborators. You will be the face of OneStack to external stakeholders, helping forge powerful relationships that fuel business growth, product integration, and market reach. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and working at the intersection of banking and innovation. You'll help shape how the Bharat banking ecosystem goes digital.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, and onboard cooperative banks and fintech partners to OneStack's platform.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership cycles - from outreach and relationship building to negotiation and closure.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at banks and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Tech, Legal, and Customer Success teams, to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics; continuously improve alliance strategies based on insights.
  • Represent OneStack in industry forums, partner meetings, and external engagements.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes, cooperative banking trends, and digital banking innovations to inform strategic alliances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Prior experience in Fintech, Banking, Neobanking, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the cooperative banking or credit society landscape is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with CRM tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-focused startup environment.
