Executive - Sales (EU IT Sales)

Experience – 0.5 to 3 yrs

Location : GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar

Qualification : Any Graduate

Shift : 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM

Requirements

  • Passionate about lead generation, sales development, or cold calling role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools to track, manage, and report lead information and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Skills : Persuasive and confident approach to cold calling and the ability to handle rejections positively.
  • Organization Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed reports and manage multiple communication channels.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, meet daily outreach targets, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Over achieve sales target for the region.

  • Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system.
  • The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • They must develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution / service.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Client communication with international and domestic client.
  • Prepare proposal and get done scope document from technical team.
  • Take up the target and over achieve it.
