Role Purpose
Be part of Veloris Global’s BPO division supporting international IT product reselling operations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with global enterprise clients, support bulk IT product sales, and gain first-hand exposure to the international B2B IT distribution industry. Key Responsibilities
1. International Sales Enquiry & Lead Support
- Manage and track business enquiries from international clients and channel partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up and backend support for bulk IT product deals.
1. Enterprise & Partner Coordination
Provide backend support for enterprise customers and overseas partners.Assist with order processing, quotations, and large-volume transactions.1. Sales Data & Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.Share insights to help improve sales conversion and client service.1. Customer Database & CRM Support
Maintain accurate databases of international clients and resellers.Support CRM adoption and reporting for business teams.1. E-commerce & Product Support
Assist with business-oriented product listings and digital channels.Support initiatives to strengthen international e-commerce presence.1. Market Insights & Cross-Selling
Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on solutions.Qualifications
