Job Track Description :

• Should be a Technical Graduate (B.E / B-tech / MCA / M-Tech or any other graduation with working exp in IT field)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in production control or application support role
• Working knowledge on web technologies (IIS / .NET), databases (MS-SQL).
• Good Communication & team player.
• Knowledge on SQL queries & SNOW ticketing tool
• Trouble shooting windows application issues & Handling the Online calls (Bridges) for solving the issues Live.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
• Should be ready to work in hybrid model (weekly 3 days in office)
