Associate Director - IT

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Management :  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Operational Excellence :  Oversee the day-to-day operations of our global hybrid infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems.
• Technical Oversight :  Provide hands-on technical guidance, acting as a senior escalation point for complex issues and architectural decisions across VMware, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Automation & Efficiency :  Drive the strategy and execution of automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational efficiency.
• DevOps Collaboration :  Work with team on Sprint planning and execution
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management :  Manage relationships with key technology vendors and communicate effectively with business stakeholders on performance, projects, and incidents.
