6 days a week (Week off may not be on weekends)

Your Role

This position is

80% Recruitment and 20% Generalist HR

— ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, people interaction, and fast-paced work.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & closures.

✅ Work across multiple verticals and departments for diverse hiring needs.

✅ Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

✅ Support general HR operations – attendance, payroll coordination & engagement.

✅ Maintain accurate HR records and generate MIS reports.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory

Experience in

BPO / KPO / RPO

or service-based industries preferred

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in MS Office & HR tools
