Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for BPO operations across multiple functions and levels
Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Drive sourcing efforts through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from screening to offer rollout and onboarding
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Maintain compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations
Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the BPO industry
Requirements :
Proven experience in BPO hiring, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment
Strong understanding of voice, non-voice, and support role requirements
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
