Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters and components.
Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance.
Monitor and optimize cluster and pod health.
Implement and manage ODF (Ceph Storage).
Enforce security and access policies within the platform.
Troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end and support development teams for seamless deployments.
Manage DR operations, backups, and maintain technical documentation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
Must-Have Skills :
4 to 9 years of Kubernetes / OpenShift Administration experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with ODF (Ceph storage).
Deep knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Podman).
CI / CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.
Good understanding of networking, RBAC, and cluster security.
Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
