L1 / L2 / L3 OpenShift Support Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters and components.
• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor and optimize cluster and pod health.
• Implement and manage ODF (Ceph Storage).
• Enforce security and access policies within the platform.
• Troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end and support development teams for seamless deployments.
• Manage DR operations, backups, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
