Shift Lead and App Support

Exp range – 5-8 Years

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Able to fetch logs and identify issues
• Must have Appium monitoring skills
• Good to have Dynatrace
• Not too much on Infra experience
• Good in writing queries and providing reports
• Good to have SQL, Unix / Linux, and Cloud experience (preferably GCP)
• Good to have Banking and BFSI experience
• Good to have 50% L1 and 50% L2 support skills
