We are seeking a skilled and proactive Delmia Support Engineer to join our Virtual Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA, CATIA, and related PLM tools. This role involves providing technical support, managing deployments, developing customizations, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 / L2 / L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE native applications including DELMIA, CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged in ServiceNow within defined SLA metrics (P1 / P2 / P3 / P4).
- Support change management and BOM management processes.
- Develop and maintain EKL scripts, VBA macros, CAA customizations, and automation scripts (PowerShell, Batch, C#).
- Manage multi-site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS (Master / Slave Configuration) servers for optimal performance and uptime.
- Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings using Member Management.
- Collaborate with DS Support / R&D and user teams to raise and follow up on SRs / CRITSITs, test debug kits, and deploy pinpoint fixes.
- Create and maintain documentation including KT guides, training materials, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering3+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform support, especially with DELMIA and CATIAStrong knowledge of PLM concepts, digital manufacturing, process planning, and work instruction generationProficiency in EKL, VB, C#, and scripting for automationExperience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migrationFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTreeCertifications in 3DEXPERIENCE (Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, etc.) are a strong plusPreferred Attributes :
