About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our international recruitment and operational strategy for Russian clients. This role demands a strong understanding of talent acquisition, cross-cultural communication, and operational excellence tailored to the Russian market.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end international recruitment processes for Russian clients, ensuring timely and quality talent delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian clients, understanding their business needs and cultural expectations.

Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline recruitment workflows and client servicing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with international labor laws and visa regulations.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to optimize recruitment and operational efficiency.

Manage a team of recruiters and operations staff, providing mentorship and performance oversight.

Liaise with legal and finance departments to ensure smooth onboarding and contract management.

Requirements :

Proven experience (7+ years) in international recruitment and operations, preferably with exposure to Russian or CIS markets.

Strong understanding of global hiring practices, especially in tech, engineering, or healthcare domains.

Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing cross-border operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
