Job Summary :
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support global recruitment teams. This role requires managing high-volume recruiting activities, working across regions, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate end-to-end support for recruiters in PST and APAC regions
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, onsite) across multiple time zones with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics
- Update and maintain recruiting systems (Workday, ATS, iCIMS, Lever, etc.) with accuracy
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports and dashboards
- Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience, with exposure to EMEA, APAC, and PST regionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailProven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectivelyExcellent follow-up skills; proactive in managing outstanding tasksTech-savvy with experience using HR systems and ATS (Workday, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)Flexible to work in PST (9 PM to 5 AM IST) and APAC shifts (4 : 30 AM IST to 12 : 30 Noon)Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
