About the Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer who can take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role blends creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to turn ad budgets into measurable business growth.
You'll Be Responsible For-
1. Campaign Strategy and Setup
- Plan and build profitable Meta ad campaigns from scratch.
- Research and define target audiences, campaign structures, and placement strategies.
- Set up Meta Pixel and proper conversion events to ensure accurate tracking.
- Align all campaigns with brand and business goals.
2. Campaign Management and Optimization
Monitor performance daily across metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.Identify performance patterns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.Maintain stable campaign performance by catching issues early and optimizing proactively.3. Creative Direction and Testing
Collaborate with designers, editors, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.Recommend hooks, messaging, visual styles, and copy angles that resonate with the target audience.Conduct A / B tests and continuously experiment with new variations to boost effectiveness.4. Full-Funnel Approach
Manage the complete funnel—from awareness to retargeting and conversion campaigns.Build and optimize retargeting sequences, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.Leverage user behavior insights to map and enhance the customer journey.5. Reporting and Insights
Prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance reports to summarize key results.Highlight what’s working, diagnose underperformance, and recommend actionable improvements.Communicate findings clearly to internal teams or clients.Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance optimization.Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver measurable ROI.Understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and dynamic creative optimization.Familiarity with current Meta ad policies, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.What We Expect From You
