About the Role
You will take the reins of our international Meta Ads strategy, turning campaigns into conversions across borders. Your mission is to scale brand growth through data-driven ad performance, creative experimentation, and deep audience understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimise, and manage Meta ad campaigns for global markets (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
- Develop full-funnel strategies focused on awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct A / B tests and use analytics to elevate ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Track performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
- Partner with design and content teams to produce thumb-stopping creatives tailored to each region.
- Build and manage pixel integrations, conversion APIs, audience segmentation and re-marketing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta ad policies to ensure compliance and smooth campaign delivery.
- Research international markets and competitors to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with proven success in international campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing frameworks, customer journeys, and attribution models.Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Event Manager, Conversion API, and third-party tracking tools.Advanced analytical skills and mastery of performance dashboards.Strategy thinker with creative execution capability.Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.Nice to Have
