Meta Ad Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist based in Kolkata. The Meta and Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing effective ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring ad performance, optimizing campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing data, and generating reports. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement ad strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Proven ability to strategize, create, and manage ad campaigns
• Skills in keyword research, campaign optimization, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and interpretation of ad metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
