About the Role
Instagram is a major growth channel for the schools we manage and our internal brand. We need someone who lives and breathes the platform, thinks in video, and knows how to turn everyday moments into high-performing content.
You'll be responsible for creating, editing, and managing Instagram-first content across multiple pages. This includes reels, carousels, stories, and community engagement. You'll work closely with the founder and marketing teams to keep the pages active, growing, and meaningful. This role also requires you to travel both nationally and internationally (during summers).
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit reels regularly, school visits, events, immersion trips, workshops, talks, behind-the-scenes
- Work with the founder to capture quick thoughts, tips, rants, and moments that translate well into IG
content
Edit videos fast (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and deliver polished content within 24 hoursBuild and maintain posting calendars for multiple pagesTrack trending formats, audios, and ideas suitable for our toneCreate carousels, story sequences, and caption frameworksActively engage with comments, DMs, followers, and relevant communitiesMonitor analytics weekly and share what's performing, what's not, and what we should double down onCollaborate with agency designers when static creatives are neededCapture content during immersion programs and school visits (travel when required)Build micro-content libraries : hooks, ideas, templates, raw clips, bloopers, b-rollEnsure all pages maintain consistent brand voice and visual identityWho you need to be
Someone who lives on Instagram; not just as a user, but as a student of the platformStrong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and pacingExcellent video editing skills on mobile toolsComfortable shooting with a phone and capturing spontaneous momentsConfident communicator who can direct the founder or team during shootsHighly organised : able to plan, post, and maintain multiple accountsA self-starter who doesn't wait for instructionsSomeone who loves experimenting, analysing, and improvingBonus : experience growing personal brands or handling reels-first pagesExperience required
